Lee is an executive with a track record in directing and leading global HR / People / Training functions (Inc. General Services, HSES and Marketing).

Lee has gained widespread international experience including working in regions such as: Europe, Africa, Asia, North America, Australia, UAE and the Americas.

Lee also had the benefit of experience in several industries including Mining & Metals (Gold, Platinum, PGM’s, Cobalt, Nickel), Manufacturing & Engineering (Chemical / Water), Oil & Gas (E&P), Utilities (Electric & Rail) and Management Consulting.

Chris is a world recognized specialist in Training and Development with more than 30 years in multiple disciplines and industries. Spanning countries from Australia, Congo DRC, Eritrea, Burkina Faso, Coté d’Ivoire, Mali and Madagascar. In Nickel, Cobalt, Gold, Coal, Copper, Iron Ore, Coal Seam Gas and Mineral Sands.

Proven successes in building highly effective training and operational teams. An ability to negotiate at all levels from international delegates and board members to new inexperienced operators and community candidates. Highly specialized in individuals who may have language, literacy, or numeracy challenges.
